Kripa International Group was established from Singapore in 1993 and Kripa International FZCO was incorporated in UAE in 2002 to distribute audio and video electronics across the globe. Since then, it has successfully established distributorships in many markets like the Middle East , Africa , India , CIS, Russia , Europe and the US .

After more than a decade of experience in branded consumer electronics, the group has launched its own electronics brand - Nash, in the Middle East , India and Africa . It has also decided to launch another consumer electronics brand called Synex in Europe and other western markets and has also appointed LLC “SYNEX ELECTRONICS”, Moscow as exclusive distributor in Russia for both its brands SYNEX and NASH. And with these rapidly growing brands under its umbrella, Kripa International FZCO soon hopes to be a major global player.
